A list of demands has been signed off by the Swiss Conference on Ukraine (minus 15 [not 13] realistic Russia friendly nations). The list includes the ZNPP (the ‘Z’ stands for Zaporozhye – and that is now part of Russia). The Ukies will have to buy their electricity from Russia if they want it to come from that location.
Who do these idiots think they are? To be making any sort of demands on the victor nation?
They also want Ukraine to have the Black Sea seaports in the south. Ha! Not likely mate!
Soon, or maybe not so soon (because, as expected, Russia will have to do some more sorting out of the Ukraine military and take control of much more territory to its own domain before receiving a realistic settlement solution), it will be revealed just how little authority the mostly European and other western nations now have in the world.

In fact it is highly likely – because realistic understanding of the issues does not come overnight, and there is not even a hint they are ready to learn, yet – that the next high level discussion will be an even deeper failure than the first.

Further, and adding another level of complexity, or perhaps that should be ‘perplexity’ for the west, with each failed attempt, the stakes will be raised by Russia and the terms will become harder. I think that is called ‘turning the screws’.

Wow! Gotta admire the Russians, their steady patience and their steadfast resolve. Where the west is concerned, it matters little to Russia how far this needs to be pushed. They know they are on top of things, and there is nothing the west can do to alter that.
