“This is not a moment of crisis”.

Isn’t that what the Captain of the Titanic also said, as the iceberg appeared out of the fog?

So, if it is not a moment of crisis, is it then an “Oh shit, moment”?

I’m not sure the G20 participants are at all equipped to answer that question.

I know what I think.
