Just another example of China assisting neighbouring countries to economic prosperity.

This is real cooperation, real help, and it brings the world together. Since when did the West get involved in any of that? It defines just the opposite of Western thinking. And it frames why the spreading interest in cooperative organisations like BRICS, among the global majority in recent times. And a pulling away from Western influence and domineering ‘friendship’. It also explains why the US Dollar has limited time to remain the only reserve currency.
