Who Blew Up The Kurakhov Dam?

So, as it turns out, it was the Ukrainians who destroyed the Kurakhov Reservoir Dam. Not the Russians, as some have reported. What idiots, flooding their own positions and their regional supply routes, and reinforcing two cauldrons being created by Russia to trap two separate Ukraine forces. What were they thinking? Or was it a panic-driven accident?

Of course the Bat-Shit Crazy Brits have never seen a dam they didn’t want to blow up. So it could have been their idea.
