I am a couple of days late with this, other things have been occupying my time, but the Saker’s views are something that I consider to be sensible, honest and worth repeating. In fact a better summary of the current nature of human relationships for this very moment in time would be hard to find. Judge for yourself.

Incidentally, please don’t expect me to comment more on what is going on in Iraq for now, the whole thing heartily sickens me. I will just say that the government and people of both Iraq and Iran have my full support and the US my utter contempt.
