Of course they do. What point is there in talking further when the agreed points from previous talks have not been implemented. Only fools, the intransigent, and those with nothing better to do, would even suggest that.

I believe it is Macron and Zelensky who are behind the push for more talks. You may decide for yourself the precise status of the suggesters.
