A Problem Shared…

Another page turns in the Kunstler diary of the American condition blog.

JHK has not said anything outstanding of late (unless you consider the possibility of “Pentagon intervention in the Homeland” to be such). But this probably reflects the nation’s sleepy awakening to the fact that they are now standing on a cliff edge and unable to back off. It is that few seconds of high speed life review that seems to take a lifetime before full realisation of the true nature of the prevailing predicament kicks in – and panic begins.

A potentially disastrous looming weather event named Dorian is the very least of their problems. Problems which will become everyone’s problems soon enough.
