  Thanks. I am not sure who she is, but she was the US media representative that he was at that point addressing personally, as the one who obviously raised the question he was answering. I think she was smiling at his suggestion that she might be able to alter things when she became President and that she should at least go back and tell all those currently in power what he was saying. A nice personal touch.
