The Gates Foundation promoted substandard vaccines, Dmitriev said – RIA Novosti – Feb 16, 2026

This news brings great joy to me, who previously has harboured thoughts of potential Russian knowledge, if not complicity, in the quite obvious fraud of the now receding bad old days of the COVID conspiracy among global (but mainly western) elites who promoted that man-made disease as a failed means of population reduction. It failed only because of selfish western motives which kept the distribution of the so-called vaccines of western production chiefly among their own populations. That being the cause of most deaths and injuries attributed to the disease to be spread among the western nations themselves, and others who were foolish enough to trust them and their WHO collaborators, and also ‘lucky’ enough to receive the defective mRNA vaccines.

The fact that this disease is still being pushed as a natural occurrence or emanating from a leakage out of a Wuhan lab, is belied by the fact that both the disease, its many variants, and the mRNA vaccines themselves, were subject to US Patents from the late ’80s of the previous century (I have seen images to that effect). There is no doubt in my mind that COVID19 and the SARS-COV-2 disease vector behind it were a Western elite wet-dream which failed to produce the desired effect – as other such diseases before it did also – but did result in millions of deaths and often life-time injuries (caused mainly, if not exclusively, by the western produced and WHO pushed vaccines themselves). This was, and still is, a crime for which no-one has yet been punished. Except for many innocent doctors and lawyers who remain imprisoned for speaking up about the truth of the matter.

Among other nations only Russia and China were capable of developing their own variants of the vaccines and the fact that Russia also suffered a proportionately large number of COVID related deaths (while China admitted to relatively fewer) drew me to conclude that perhaps Russia was also involved in the conspiracy. Although there are likely to have been other reasons for a high Russian death-rate, possibly attributable to US deliberate release from the many bio-labs they introduced around the periphery of Russian borders. That has not yet been proven, so it remains just a surmise of my own thoughts.

And that is why I am grateful for, and overjoyed about, this latest accusation by a Russian official as to the Gates Foundation part played in the recent and still pus-filled open wound it has left on our global society.

I openly admit that I opposed use of COVID vaccines during those years and that I have never submitted to its personal use in my own body, never having left home during the period of the most virulent lockdown in my country’s history. I would never have voluntarily taken it and still would not, even now. I remember thinking that if the Russian (or the Chinese) variants of COVID vaccines had been available to me, I would have accepted either of them in preference to Moderna or Pfizer ones. But they were not so available. And so I had to make sure I was never at risk of falling into the hands of my nation’s Health Service rules and coercive edicts. I would do that again if necessary.

So thank you Mr Dmitriev. I now feel my actions to be more justified by your words than by anything I have read in western media for some six years now.

MOSCOW, February 16 – RIA Novosti. Kirill Dmitriev, the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund and the special representative of the Russian president for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, said that the foundation of American billionaire Bill Gates had promoted substandard vaccines and hindered the use of the best vaccines that could have saved lives.

“The Gates Foundation has established comprehensive, multi-level control over vaccines through funding, permits, government support, and media dominance from evil and pernicious motives. They brainwashed people, promoted bad vaccines, and prevented the best ones from saving lives, “the head of the RDIF wrote on his page, commenting on a Financial Times article about Gates’ ties to infamous financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Earlier, Dmitriev called for an investigation into Gates’ work on vaccines after the publication of the Epstein case materials.
