The time of being ‘First’ for any sector of mankind is well and truly over. And thank goodness for that. Our planet, the only home we have got – or ever will have – has bounty for all its peoples. The planet does not distinguish between rights for certain groups, or even for certain species. The planet ‘gives’ its bounty freely to all.
For too long, certain despicable elements of mankind have taken advantage of that free nature of the planet, assuming – by their more rapid development – that they had the right to dominate more slowly developing segments of the Earth’s peoples (who generally took better care of the lands they inherited, as peaceful pastoralists – more in tune with its natural rhythms and cycles), taking whatever they could steal and pillage from the majority, for themselves.
You know who I mean – the generally so-called ‘white’ people – particularly the Anglo-Saxons, who spread their selfish philosophy across the world, including to North America (where it became enshrined as ‘Rights’ for them alone). But there were also others who shared in that debauchery for a time and to a lesser extent before succumbing to the greater power of the Anglo-Saxon hordes. The Spaniards, the Dutch, the Portuguese, the French, the Germans, and to a lesser extent (more as explorers) the Nordic races of the frozen north. These are the only peoples, in what we might call ‘modern times’, to have retained that cultural streak of ‘dominance’.
In earlier ages there were others of course who sought to establish their own regional ’empires’. But it was only the ‘whites’ who by following and honing this theory of dominance over the world, who ended up as ‘Top Dogs’ at the pinnacle of power. A pinnacle which has been shared by no-one other than one nation for the last 80 or more decades. You know who that is. The only nation which still retains the fatalistic dream of ‘America First’. A dream that is no longer sustainable. And also no longer achievable.
The world has moved on, while ‘America’ was basking and sleeping in its own self-assured self-glory. The wider world has now come of age and is awakening to the fact that can no longer afford to be dominated by an unruly rabble of ‘Firsters’. I don’t need to explain that to you. It is evident all around. Th US has lost its military dominance – the hammer it used for so long to keep the world nailed down in subjection to its will. Russia has proved that in no uncertain terms over recent years, and with the growing might of China, will not allow the recent paradigm of US military dominance to translate into cultural and trade dominance, aided by their own backing and control of international organisations like the highly corrupt United Nations (to be reformed), the World Bank, the World Health Organisation, and the IMF (all to be reformed or dismantled), ever again.
The young and growing organisations like BRICS, the EAEU, the SCO, in Eurasia and emerging similar groups in Central/South America and Africa, offer a brighter future to the peoples of all the world’s regions, in a fairer, non-dominant but peaceful and cooperative cultural re-inviguration among national equals. With no more ‘Firsts’.
