Has Trump Just Passed Up His Only Chance To Make Good?

This is just a quick update.

I’m not going to comment in detail on the outcome of US-Ukraine talks in Saudi Arabia, but it does carry the odour of a potential trap for Russia, and labels Trump as the lowest belly crawling creature on the planet. Thankfully Russia, today’s Russia, is not stupid. Far from that. And Russia has the measure, and the poise, and the means, to recognise and counter any such move in whatever direction they may like to steer this potential US gaff.

Wait a few days before settling the mind on what this actually means, based on possible outflows.

Incidentally, Sergey Lavrov has named as participants in a discussion with himself a few days ago, in Moscow, both Judge Andrew Napolitano and ex-CIA official Larry Johnson. I mentioned that earlier this week. It is still not clear to me the exact purpose of their attendance and visit to that city.
