At a time of equilibrium, such as the September Equinox (almost over now for me and perhaps just under way for Northern Hemisphere folk), what better consideration could the people of the world cooperatively participate in than a rethink on the elaborate hoax based on the ludicracy of the natural balance of our home planet’s climate orthodoxy being somehow mysteriously overturned by a bunch of elevated primates (if that is what we are), when it has passed through far worse calamities and interferences remarkably well, all by itself and within the natural order of life in a somewhat chaotic universe which we think we understand and may somehow be able to control. The whole idea of climatic endangerment to this planet’s and its ecosystems general wellbeing (apart from massively chaotic external cause) is absolutely preposterous. And, if I had to blame anyone, it is all down to the never-ending or even progressing story of this evil clown on the right.
I plan to do a series of posts on this subject as part of the effort to change public opinion. Science and its adherents has failed to do that, even though many scientists know the truth of the matter. So it is up to those of us who understand the issue, from a long and guided by the data acquaintance with it, to take up the challenge. It doesn’t mean going out on the streets, waving banners and yelling slogans. That’s what the ignorant do. We need to educate the ignorant to the truth. I have been endeavouring to do that now for more than a year. Time to step up the pace.
To begin with, let’s hear from Jordan Peterson via Wide Awake Media…
I don’t always agree with Peterson on all things (I don’t even claim to know about everything he talks about), but on this he is, without doubt, almost spot on. On the historical levels of CO2, he is generally right but incorrect when he says (and I expect he was speaking from memory) we got down to around 350 parts per million (ppm) of CO2. In fact we got much lower than that. Between about 20 million years ago right up to the pre-modern era CO2 levels were between around 185 ppm and 280 ppm.
Check out this chart below, and you will see these facts clearly represented. Ignore the projections to the right. they are pure conjecture, tailor-made to fit the current cretinous climate dialog. The actual CO2 rise will be far higher than projected in any case.
Allow me to point out, and this is of extreme importance, that such low levels of CO2 concentration in Earth’s atmosphere were disastrous to the planet, the normal levels over the past 250 million years having fluctuated between 1,000-2,000 ppm and much higher than that in earlier epochs beyond 350 million years ago. The chart to the right clearly shows that. Perhaps even more importantly, it also shows there is, and never has been, any correlation between CO2 levels and planetary temperature.
So, clearly, the three major claims of modern climate theory A) that temperatures rise because of rising CO2 levels, B) that normal CO2 levels should be lower than 300 ppm (where did that idea originate?), and C) that CO2 is rapidly rising due to human activity, are all entirely operating within the realm of lunacy (or deception, or worse). CO2 is rising because it must. And it needs to rise back to its normal level of between 1,000 and 2,000 ppm – OR WE ALL DIE.
I want to end here as this is enough to chew on for now, but I must tie up some loose ends before I do that. Does it really matter how much CO2 there is in the atmosphere? The actual composition of the air we breathe has never changed throughout all of Earth’s history – or at least that we can prove. So when climate lunatics bang on about so many millions of tonnes of this or that gas being pumped into the atmosphere – for whatever reason – they are merely inflating balloons which contain no substance in reality.
I will give you an example of that. There is one particular pseudo-scientist, a Professor at some cheap US university, who claims that Nitrous Oxide is increasingly being poured into our atmosphere. If you have heard that, allow me to inform you that nitrous oxide is nowhere to be found in the list of minor Earth air gases. So even if the claim is true (and it is certainly not a greater greenhouse risk than any other gas) it must break down into Nitrogen and Oxygen, the two most common air gases (neither of which I have heard claims to have any greenhouse effect).
The Earth’s atmosphere is 99.9% made up of three gases – Nitrogen, Oxygen, and Argon. More accurately it is 99.966%. The small remainder is made up of more than 1 dozen minor gases. And none of those gases can honestly be said to be greenhouse gases. That is just another pseudo-scientific lie. What is more, Carbon Dioxide (as the largest component of the minor remaining gases to account for) cannot be more than 0.034% of the atmosphere. And it is in fact given, in the table at right, as 0.0314%. How small a percentage does a component have to be to merit the distinction of being insignificant?
Finally, Carbon Dioxide, among its many qualities, is a necessary and essential contributor to the continuance of all life on Earth. ‘Net Zero’? The ridiculous idea of doing away with all CO2. ‘NET ZERO’? The very concept is utter madness.
One more thing, about CO2. The total weight of all of Earth’s atmosphere is given by Brittanica as being 5.5 quadrillion tons. That’s 5,500,000,000,000 tons. I won’t quibble about whether that is metric or imperial tons. What is one percent of that weight? It is 55 billion tons or, numerically, 55,000,000,000. And 0.0314%? That would be about 1.75 billion tons (if my maths is right). With the average annual CO2 emissions given by the alarmists as around 38 billion tons (tonnes – doesn’t really matter) the figures simply do not add up. If this really was a problem we would all have suffocated now. Or if Net Zero is reached, all the plants and animal life would be dead and most of the world would be desert.
Enough of this climate alarmist nonsense. We need to come to our senses, recognise that the planet can take care of itself (while completely disregarding us and our activities) and put a stop to all those influencers who want to kill us off.
