US and Australia’s “Cold War mindset” to Lose Them The Pacific Region to China

A “Cold War mindset” is so ‘last century’, but some western nations just don’t seem able to shake off that encumbrance. And it is costing them dearly. The PIC (Pacific Island Countries) have had enough of that. Years too much in fact. And they have found a new champion in China, which is willing to give them a hand up the ladder of success. A ladder whose rungs they have not been allowed to climb under western domination for at least one century. Of course we know why that is, don’t we? There is no profit, other than increased trade and friendly companionship, in the Chinese way. At least none that would replace the perpetual resource theft, brutal oversight, and stifled independence preferred by the overlordship of western nations.

But things are changing. China is in. The west is on the way out. This is perhaps far more important than we may consider it to be. It could turn nasty very quickly. The west needs to get out of the way and stay out.
