The Global South Continues to Unite

…Not against the decadent west, it is not part of their general philosophy to be ‘against’ anyone, but to protect themselves from and present a united front to those who would offer only decadence, disharmony and domination to them, under a false facade of democracy.

Mexico has been unanimously approved for full reintegration into the G77 + China at the group’s summit held last week in Havana, Cuba.

This is welcome news and good to see all this taking place in these troubled times. Here’s to a freer, more just, more truthful and more amicable future for mankind.

I understand, I think, why Russia is not part of that group. One of the most advanced societies on the planet just would not fit well there. Though I feel sure Russia will do all it can to back this group.

China too, as the world’s biggest economy by some measures, must now only be a borderline case for association with the G77. Perhaps that is why they are listed separately, as a ‘+’.
