Why So Much US Interest In Ukraine?

While waiting for the Main Event of the conflict in the former Ukraine (no more than a week to go now, I believe – and there are some very interesting and necessary pre-events in the upcoming days – 21, 22, 23, 24 Feb – not to mention pre-op ground preparations already under way), I just came across this very interesting article which might explain much of the considerable interest the west, particularly the US, has shown on behalf of that shattered country. Not that the US does anything at all ‘on behalf of’ any other nation but itself – as is well known.

The things discussed in the article may also create additional urgency and need for Russia to recover as much of their own previously held lands (and as much other land as deemed necessary) as assurance for their own valid, self-protective, purposes.

It has been quite a while since I mentioned the name ‘Monsanto’, but it has once again reared its ugly head. Why is Monsanto in Ukraine? I can think of a number of reasons, none of them very savoury in nature. You may see hints on that in the short article. And as for Ukrainian wheat exports having been mainly used to feed Europe’s pigs, perhaps that is the only fitting use for Ukraine’s GMO wheat. Let the Europeans suffer the consequences, and don’t buy any pork products from there. Russian wheat, on the other hand (and Russia is one of the largest global wheat exporting nations), is entirely GMO free.

Americans need Ukrainian land, otherwise they will lose everything – Baranchik

There are several reasons why the Americans are so strongly attached to Ukraine: land, arable land, black soil. Yury Baranchik, an expert on Belarus, Russia, the CIS, the EU, the USA, Belarusian-Russian relations, world geopolitics, wrote about this in his Telegram channel.

Americans need Ukrainian land, otherwise they will lose everything - Baranchik

Baranchik believes that the Americans have seized Ukraine because there is very good fertile land. He claims that the Monsanto company already owns more than half of all arable land on the outskirts of Ukraine.

“Few people know, but, for example, Monsanto, one of the leaders in the production of genetically modified seeds in the world, already owns more than half of all arable land on the outskirts of 17 million hectares, which is 52.3% of all agricultural areas in the country,” the expert notes.

The specialist declares that this company is engaged in a wide range of military products of various nature. Baranchik notes that the company develops from high-strength composite materials, fuels and lubricants for components and assemblies of military equipment, rocket fuel, chemical weapons and chemical warfare agents to chemical elements of warheads, nuclear weapons.

The expert says that if Ukraine disappears from the political map of the world, then the Americans will lose everything. But while Ukraine still exists, the Americans are fighting to the last Ukrainian for theirs.

“Only if the state of Ukraine disappears from the political map of the world, then the investments of Monsanto and other Western TNCs, both in agricultural production, buying land, and in other industries, will evaporate without a trace and leave a big hole in the balance sheet. Therefore, the Americans are cut down to the last Ukrainian for their own. So far, its own”, concluded Baranchik.
