I can’t write anymore. Nothing is real. Hopefully it is a temporary aberration, but this is what the world looks, feels and sounds like right now… and no it is not in my head, it’s the ‘real’ world, everything is crazy!
To replace my dried up and drowned out writing I’m just going to list some recent quotes from Ron Paul (a man I have little in common with) because they kind of sound quite real… (if you say them out loud)
“…seems like we fell asleep in early 2020 and woke up in 1984!“
“…one thing that will be remembered is how the institutions of state power … lost their credibility … have been exposed as frauds and worse.”
“…fear and manipulation are used to drive a society mad in the service of a group of elites with an agenda.”
“…humans go insane in groups but recover one at a time.‘
Taking Back Our Liberty in 2022 – Ron Paul – Jan 4, 2022
That, at least, all seems to be kind of real …but when will the swirling fog of unreality which covers the world we once knew, actually end? …and why is it that other folk simply don’t seem to have noticed these things? …how can they carry on as if everything is somehow ‘normal’? …and they can plan holidays and stuff? …study for careers that may no longer exist? …keep turning up to do the same meaningless jobs they always did? …and what happens next? When will the insanity end?
I can see this clearly, but I have had enough of the swirling mists of confusion or the grating sound and visuals of ‘No More Reality’. I want to see some clear, meaningful, and mentally awakening formative patterns weaving their way through the lives of humanity. Not that we have ever actually had that sort of idealistic reality – although in simpler times, when joys and expectations were also simple, life took on some of the wonders and magic seen in the swirling patterns of the Kaleidoscope. A very different experience from those swirling mists infused into today’s comples existence. To experience something of those times of relative innocence once again would be very welcome – at least conceptually.
Comparing the world of the Kaleidoscope – known since the Middle Ages but patented as a device only a little over 200 years ago and brought up to date with the modern magic of digital devices – with the harsh sounds and visuals of the ‘No More Reality’ era, at least enables us still to see there is more to life than meets the eye of the casual observer – or the sleep walker. Even if it is still only an illusion.
Hmm… maybe I can still write, a little bit …if I can find anything worthwhile to write about. Simply reporting on dross all the time is very draining at a personal level.
