Proposal: On whether the United States of America should be branded a Terrorist Organisation and/or disbanded as unfit to hold nationhood status within the community of mankind.

Adjunct Proposal: That the USA should be split into five distinct and separate self-governed entities, based on regional allocations and forbidden to federate or otherwise be rejoined, so as to never again pose a military threat to any nation on the planet.
