A True Statesman Speaks

This Southfront article contains the speech of a true statesman, President Dr. Bashar al-Assad of Syria to his people, especially those citizens of Aleppo on the occasion of their true liberation after years of long-suffering patience and besiegement by the forces of evil driven and fostered by unscrupulous western governments.

The battle for Syria’s liberty is not yet over, but all the signs are good and favourable. 

The West will sink into self-made chaos and confusion long before Syria may possibly do.  In fact Western civilisation is a mere blip on the timeline of human history, which began in what we now call the Middle East.  A festering blip that has vainly sought a place of unwarranted supreme permanence for itself.  That not much more than 200 year farce is almost over. 

I congratulate the Syrian people and also President Assad and his family, for their own steadfastness throughout this period of unbelievable and unjustifiable suffering.
