Words, Meanings, and Intent

“OSCE head asks not to question frameworks of Minsk, Normandy Four talks on Ukraine”

Good.  The OSCE appears to be on the right track (for once) in its backing of the Minsk initiatives for the Donbass issue.

Without naming them, the OSCE has fingered the warmongering NATO nations as the troublemakers that they are.

It doesn’t mean any good will come out of the process though.  It’s all just talk – and we know the practical value of that sort of thing.  Agreements are one thing but it is the actions of the parties involved that counts.  In today’s world words mean very little.

“The pen is mightier than the sword.” Hmm… maybe back when swords were more than just decoration but, if you believe that still holds, I’ve got a bridge I’d like to sell you.
