A bankrupt and disintegrating West, including a bankrupt and disintegrating USA, will never, ever, catch up with – let alone pass – the technological prowess of the Global South’s most technologically advanced nations.
Russia and China, working hand in hand, sharing and advancing together, along with a host of other nations of what is more aptly named the Global Majority nations. Working freely, without the burdens once imposed by western economic and banking systems, they are achieving great advances for humanity.

Keen to work together, both Russia and China are also currently conducting the fourth in a series of scientific expeditions into sea-ice conditions in the Arctic zone, with first hand surface observations to better understand what is happening in that region of growing importance to world trade. No-one else possesses the equipment or means to do that successfully, and to ensure the maintenance of trade routes across the Northern seas.

They will hopefully, if they have not done so already, discover that the reduction in ice coverage experienced over prior recent decades has now ceased from advancing. That is something which I expect to become undeniable as the future unfolds and the current period of relatively mild warming ends, to become instead a period of increasing ice growth over a long period. A return to normal long-term conditions of up to 6°C cooler temperatures, averaged globally. That is a personal prediction based on what I observe of Arctic Sea Ice movements over the last two decades of satellite measurements. There has to be a good reason for why Russia is building such an impressive fleet of powerful, nuclear powered, ice-breaker vessels in a time where the world in general has been misled into believing in disappearing Northern sea ice …but we will see, eventually.
Anyway, the primary take-away from all this activity is that change in the air (can you feel it?) that a growing and rapidly advancing front of new oversight of world affairs is opening up for our peoples as the overbearing empires of the past dwindle and crumble to dust and a cleaner and brighter future lies just over the horizon, awaiting its dawning, in a fairer and more evenly balanced state of being.
