I have nothing to add to this report other than, sad to say, once again it is the West that is shown to be the source and driver both of ludicrous anti-Russian accusations and the dangerous substances (though this potential is not backed up by the relatively mild symptoms they produce) used by them or their operatives in instances where they seek to discredit Russia.

This is so obviously a repeated, always unsuccessful, ploy by Western intelligence agencies lacking in both imagination and honour.
