There has to be a day of reckoning for the ruthless and heartless bastards who perpetrated this foul criminal conspiracy on the world, and it has to start somewhere. There are already a number of avenues of attempt to right the wrong that has been committed around the world but this is perhaps the first US State level foray into that legal minefield. Let’s see if Texas officials and legislators can work something out here on a legal basis. Failing that, there are other options which may well need to come into play. It depends on which way these cards fall.
