The US Wishes China Would Just Go Away. China Of Course Has No Intention Of Doing That.

The biggest headache for the US today is not Russia. They know there is nothing they can do about Russia. They can’t destroy or subdue Russia – I mean they have already tried unsuccessfully, several times. They also know they are actually more likely to destroy not only most of their allies if they attempted to do so, but also themselves.

And so they leave Russia alone, aside form the constant pestering and posturing they indulge in, consistent with the juvenile nature of their governing class.

What the US does not yet know, or is still somewhat unsure about, is whether they can destroy or subdue modern China. They have managed in times past to hold back the progress of China, by playing on and exacerbating its impoverishment while plundering its wealth (as have other nations of course – current allies of the US), but that tactic has failed all of them now. China has ‘climbed out from under’, entirely by its own efforts in recent decades, and now stands tall among the nations of the world. It is never again going to bow to perceived US or Western supremacy.

As for itself, China is gaining confidence in both the power of its new status and its own capabilities to build and manage its own future. And I believe China plans to achieve that future – as the west gradually sinks into second or third tier relevance in world affairs – by mutual and amicable relationships with other nations. That constitutes, as I am sure is vividly apparent, a complete contrast with the way the US and the West in general came to gain and now lose those same assets and statuses. China has learned lessons of the past very well (it seems). While the West, it appears, has learned nothing from its experiences. The future is yet to unfold of course, but will not differ much from my conclusions I think – within the bounds of as yet unobserved natural forces, which could drastically limit all our endeavours and plans by overturning everybody’s apple cart.

But enough of my thoughts. Why not read what this GT editorial has to say on the matter…

‘China gaining more confidence on equal trade talks with the US: Global Times editorial’

You will learn more there than by watching any news bulletin that you may care to see.

One thing is perfectly clear. China is now in no mood to take any further US Bullshit. And there is nothing that the US, nor the combined West, can do about that – as they may yet need to be shown.
